You’ll also have the chance to directly see the incredible and positive impact your work has on the lives of blind veterans.
The Role
You’ll be a key member of our Hospitality Team, assisting with booking, administration and front of house duties at our Rustington Centre of Wellbeing.
You’ll be focused on delivering a high-quality customer service for our veterans, visitors and customers, overseeing an effective and seamless check-in and check-out service culminating in a polite, courteous and helpful experience.
You’ll also manage the administration of beneficiaries’ payments, maintain an accurate record of invoices and collect payments, ensuring that unpaid accounts and queries are followed up.
Additionally, you’ll operate the main switchboard, responding to all calls, administer the HR information system and develop, monitor and manage a member feedback model. You’ll often be the first point of contact for our beneficiaries.
Your role will also involve inputting reservation details into the Studio database and managing safety and security systems.
About You

You’ll be a proactive self-starter with knowledge of Microsoft Office, database systems and intranet and preferably be qualified to GCSE standard or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English.
