Description of the department :
The global Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement team sits within the Human Resources department and is responsible to drive the design, development, implementation and evaluation of AXA IM’s inclusion and diversity strategy as well as contribute to development and implementation of the Employee Experience agenda, incorporating both AXA IM and AXA Group requirements and interests. Through the delivery of a range of initiatives against a strategic roadmap, the desired outcome is to create an inclusive working environment and an enhanced and simplified employee experience in line with AXA IM Employer Promise.
The main responsibilities of the role:
- Support AXA IM’s deployment of the Group-led approach to sourcing employee feedback, (in relation to engagement and inclusion) working closely with the wider HR community and the business to prepare and launch surveys.
- Ensure results analysis, communication of results through the preparation, review and enhancement of presentations decks linked to the results.
- Coordinate up to date and relevant content for RFPs and questionnaires related to Inclusion, Diversity & Engagement.
- Structure and regularly update our library of suggested responses to RFPs
- Maintain the I&D Hub to ensure up-to-date content including latest news and events that employees can join.
- Support the preparation of monthly ‘Pick & Mix’ catalogue of suggested reading and training for employees
- Ensure relevant events organised by our partner organisations like WorkLifeCentral, LGBT Great, Business Disability Forum and Catalyst are promoted to employees
- Lead the preparation and sharing of global, functional and local I&D dashboards in July and January of each year.
- Research and communicate on current and emerging inclusion, diversity and engagement trends and market best practices.
- Support AXA IM’s responses to industry benchmarking surveys e.g. EDGE, Inclusion Index Benchmark Tracker, (iiBT) etc
- Support the preparation of content and actions to mark certain dates like the International Women’s Day, IDAHOBIT, Pride Month, International Men’s Day, Black History Month, International Day of People with Disabilities
- Take minutes at the weekly team meetings and communicate these minutes with clear responsibilities in a timely way.
- Work with the wider HR teams to review content to ensure it is inclusive e.g. new e-learning.
- Act as a backup to the Inclusion, Diversity & Engagement Specialist based in London.
Profile:
- Education qualifications – Graduates, undergraduates and school/college dropouts are welcome to apply
- Technical skills – Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
