We are looking for a Sales Trainee to join our team and learn the ins and outs of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and an eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of the company's products and services.
- Develop an understanding of the company's customer base and target market.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
- Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Learn how to use customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Develop an understanding of basic sales techniques, such as cold calling, networking, and negotiating.
Training includes:
- Sales and marketing strategies, understanding our clients wants and needs.
- Administration duties, logging customer information.
- Recruitment, interviewing and training.
- Campaign and client management, running and organising our marketing campaigns.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
- Experience in a sales/customer service role.
- Outstanding people skills and confidence,
- Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.
- Ability to commute to Newastle
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,881.00-£26,684.00 per year
