Who You Are / Your Next Challenge

Moneycorp have a fantastic opportunity based in our Coventry office for the position:

HR Graduate
The role reports into HR Business Partner.

To provide full HR support to the allocated business unit, and the wider HR Team.


The ideal candidate will provide full HR support to the allocated business unit, and the wider HR Team by assisting with the full recruitment cycle from start to end e.g, obtaining vacancy approval, preparing advertisements, conducting interviews, issuing contracts of employment. Supporting with corporate induction and ensure completion of local site induction.

In addition, assistance with ER related matter to completion together with preparation of documentation relating to tribunal claims. The ideal candidate will collate and prepare MI to support HR dashboards on a monthly basis and proactively find ways to ensure timely and efficient methods of collating and preparing MI.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

  • Previous work experience in a similar HR role

  • Understanding of current Employment Law and best practice

  • Experience of project work - desirable


Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of MS Office e.g. Visio, Excel and Word

Working knowledge of HR systems - desirable


Education:

HR related qualification – desirable


Please note
: The role is expected to be office-based in Coventry, West Midlands as part of the HR team. However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
