Job Description
We are seeking a HR Graduate who is keen to develop their skills within our busy Reading team based at Thames Valley Park. This is a brilliant opportunity to train as a HR professional and get exposure across our business. You will provide comprehensive administrative support for all aspects of the employee life cycle. Key tasks will include managing the new starter onboarding process for all new managers to the business, supporting with advertising vacancies, managing all maternity administration, producing reports and supporting the HR Managers with some advising on performance management issues.
This role could really support your future career in HR, working alongside HR Managers, Senior HR Manager and HR Director. This is a busy role and team work is essential to manage the workload. It is really rewarding as you will learn lots, work within a small but dedicated team with personality and will have some fun and laughs along the way, as well as have the opportunity to be involved in so much more if you have the drive and passion to progress in your career.
Qualifications
Graduated within the last 2 years in a HR or HR related discipline and excellent EXCEL skills a must.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid working role of 2/3 days in the office after the initial induction period.
CIPD study support is also available if you wish to further your HR career.
