Page Personnel are supporting with the appointment of a HR Advisor into the Healthcare sector in Lincoln.
Hybrid working - Circa 4 days home and 1 day office per week - Some travel required around Lincolnshire (Business needs dependent)
Job Description
The role of HR Advisor will work as part of a HR team, dealing with a wide range of generalist HR matters for various sites around the Lincolnshire county.
This will include but not limited to:
- Provide advise and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support HRBPs with a wide range of employee relations casework
- Support with Recruitment
- Support with HR initiatives
- Promote and encourage the successful implementation of appraisals
- Analyse HR dashboards and KPIs and make recommendations

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within HR and looking for a new challenge with opportunities to progress and develop.
