Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Translink Express Logistics has a rare opportunity to join our outstanding Customer Service Team.

We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor.

If you're passionate about delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction, this could be the opportunity for you.

We offer an outstanding 1-2-1 Customer Service platform ensuring that all customers receive a level of service second to none.

What does the job involve?

· Looking after a group of customers on a 1-2-1 basis

· Resolving customer queries

· Monitoring shipments on our state-of-the-art IT platform

· Processing customer returns

· Various administrative duties

· Quoting and shipping international shipments

What type of person are we looking for?

· Excellent communicator

· Great Customer Service skills

· Ability to build relationships with customer’s

· Natural ability to resolve problems.

· Good geographical knowledge of the UK

· Team player

· Knowledge of the Logistics industry would be very beneficial.
