To provide effective generalist HR support to the Manufacturing Site based at Flimby.Hours of work are 7.00am to 5.10pm Monday to Thursday.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- First line of support for any Line Manager/Associate enquiring about policy or procedural matters
- Provide coaching and training to Line Managers on policy and procedure
- Ensure relevant employment law is applied consistently, fairly and accurately, providing clear communication on all key employment matters
- Manage the short and long term absence management process working with Line Managers including reviews, Occupational Health and GP referrals, PHI Scheme and policy development
- Manage recruitment and selection from initial requirement planning through to onboarding
- Manage end to end starter/leaver process.
- Support in the People, Performance and Pay process (PPP)
- Contribute to the development of the HR strategic planning process
- Improve processes and procedures across the HR function
- Maintain Workday and HR systems with current information
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Support in community connection and wellbeing activities
- Undertake HR projects as needed
- Work effectively with the wider HR team (EMEA and US)
- Lead by example ensuring own behaviours are in line with NB core values and competencies
KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Proven experience in HR Advisory roles preferably within a manufacturing setting
- CIPD part or fully qualified
- Employment law knowledge
- Solid systems skills – Workday experience would be an advantage
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload and multi task
