Futures Recruitment Services is currently looking for an Administrator For our client based in the Bognor Regis.
Our client is based on the outskirts of Bognor Regis and is looking for a confident candidate that can assist with their Administration and Reception cover on a full-time basis for a minimum of 6 weeks.
Your daily duties will include:
· Typing letters to go to clients.
· Organising and filing paperwork around the office.
· Answering calls with high levels of professionalism
· Data entry on a new system
To be considered for this role you will need:
· Experience in an Administration job role.
· Fantastic written and verbal English
· Experience with filing paperwork
· A great telephone etiquette
Our client is based in an area with plenty of free parking.
This is a Temporary role however for the right candidate, there is a possibility for a permanent role.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5 and pays £12 per hour.
