We are seeking a full time Marketing Generalist. Ideally located in Bellingham or Wenatchee. Hybrid schedule available.
The Marketing Generalist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and firm growth. The Marketing Generalist supports the Marketing Manager with a well-rounded marketing perspective, passion for creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a strong understanding of various marketing channels and tactics.
Responsibilities:
  • Help develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify client needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including blog posts, thought leadership articles, press releases, social media posts, website copy, and email campaigns.
  • Help manage social media accounts and develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Analyze marketing data, such as website analytics, campaign performance metrics, and client feedback, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and others to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, such as brochures, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Assist in organizing and executing business development events, sponsorships, and conferences to promote the firm’s breadth of services.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to ensure the firm remains competitive in the market.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration plus at least 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience. Relevant certifications or additional training in marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience working in a marketing role, preferably in a Generalist capacity, demonstrating a strong understanding of various marketing channels and tactics.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Experience working in Adobe CC, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Experience in professional services or a similar B2B environment is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
Compensation range: $28.00 - $38.00
