The TTS Core Accounts Regional Product Management Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and de-risking tactics for Citi’s Core Demand Deposit Account (DDA) platforms, with a regional focus on EMEA. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the development and enhancement of Core DDA product functions on Citi’s existing infrastructure, with a client-centric, product-focused lens, promoting safety and soundness de-risking principles and the enablement of new partner capabilities to support competitive market position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in development and analysis of Core DDA strategic product roadmaps, with a focus on targeted product enhancements enabling new market rollouts, simplification of the existing Flexcube/Cosmos/Basic Cosmos infrastructure and promotion of an enhanced platform control environment.
- Sponsor and participate in day-to-day product management activities for Core Accounts, including product delivery and release management calls, assessing, and addressing client and internal system dependencies, and facilitating the remediation of risks to achieve business results.
- Serve as regional single point of contact for all Core Accounts product stakeholders in EMEA.
- Act as program and project sponsor for Core Accounts Project Tracking System (PTS) efforts, including review and signoff on key artifacts as needed, as well as credible challenge on migration planning activities and the closure of business-critical milestones.
- Support target state Core Accounts DDA platform migration readiness activities.
- Drive negotiations with internal partner stakeholders around the right-placement/offboarding of capabilities off Flexcube, onto respective target state platforms.
- Support the adoption of Enterprise Data Standards on TTS Core Account platforms to comply with the Citi Data Governance Policy.
- Provide product governance and oversight of TTS technology spend, capacity planning activities and refresh of the charge out methodology.
- Promote an agile culture and mindset across the integrated Core Accounts Product and Technology team.
- Support Core Accounts annual, year-end planning and budgeting activities, including business case definition.
- Support the prioritization of intra-year project demand within the Core Accounts Book of Work, leveraging a structured methodology based upon measurable benefits and tradeoffs.
- Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members.
- Serve as liaison to challenge functions in Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience.
- Broad experience in either a transformation or business platform ownership role within a Banking organization.
- Strong and demonstrated execution skills with a proven track record of operating in an agile environment.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Ability to provide oversight of milestones and input to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
- Ability to lead and drive change through creative thinking and pragmatism.
- Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the senior management level.
- Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests.
- Strong Influencing skills with the ability to mediate discussions and draw consensus.
- Outstanding analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in product management strongly preferred.
- Specific knowledge of demand deposits and transaction services a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred.
