We are looking to hire an ambitious HR Generalist at our Reading office. Working with an established HR team, you will be the HR point of contact in the UK. You will also take responsibility for HR in Denmark and Germany. Employee count for these countries is circa 230 and is expected to grow. We need someone who is very commercially focused and will thrive in a very busy working environment where you have to be decisive, wear many different hats and be prepared to step out of your comfort zone.
You are ambitious and keen to be the main HR POC in a particular location. The role will entail high levels of dealing with employee relations situations, putting processes and procedures in place and acting as POC for a large employee base. Reporting to the HR Lead for EMEA, this role will be part of the EMEA HR team and will involve cross business responsibilities and/or projects.
Experience
You have at least 3-5 years plus in a busy HR role where you are the go-to person
You are keen to be involved in employee relations activities and putting policies and processes in place.
You are keen to be the HR POC
Ideally UK market experience.
Excellent PC and Organisation skills.
High energy, can-do attitude, wear a lot of different hats.
