About The Role Practice Plus Group are seeking an experienced Locality Manager for our Gloucestershire OOH (Out of Hours) service! This will be a full time, position working 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work 60% of your role Out of Hours and 40% of your role In Hours. You will be given direct line management for Drivers and Receptionists in their Locality, including the support and coaching of staff in relation to all quality, performance, development and welfare issues. You will also cover any training requirement needs for Clinical and Operational staff in the use of IT Systems and any other Practice Plus protocols and processes. Other duties include assistance to the Service Delivery Manager in the management of the operational element of the Out of Hours service, maintaining compliancy levels and staff engagement. You will also work collaboratively with the Service Delivery Manager and Information Analyst, to monitor performance of the service against the delivery of National Quality Requirements (NQR/DX Codes) and Local Key Performance Indicators that form part of the Out of Hours . About You The successful candidate will have: Geographical knowledge of Gloucestershire Evidence of continuing education and development. Ability to evidence a sound understanding of the NHS principles and values. Experience of coaching, mentoring and developing staff.
