Are you passionate about building relationships with line managers and key stakeholders? Are you looking for a busy and varied role which will be focused on providing advice and guidance on the whole employee lifecycle? This HR Advisor role is a fixed term contract, providing maternity cover for 1 year, offering hybrid working and is paying up to £35,200 per annum including a car allowance.

As the HR Advisor, you will be:
- Managing a caseload of ER cases, providing a full advisory service throughout the employee lifecycle
- Coordinating and supporting absence management, liaising with managers
- Supporting the delivery of management training and development
- Assisting with people strategies and implementing processes
A current UK driving licence is essential as you will be visiting sites regularly.
You may have experience working in any of the following: Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor, Human Resources Helpdesk, Personnel, People Advisor, Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, Personnel Administrator. You may also have studied for your CIPD Level 3 upwards.
