HR Generalist – Zeeland, Michigan
DISHER is currently partnering with a local manufacturing technology company that improves the way plastic products are made. They provide plastic assembly technology, custom automation, and engineering services. We are seeking a HR Generalist to join their HR team in Zeeland, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

What you will get to do:
- Recruit for open hourly and salaried positions
- Onboard new employees and assist in benefits administration
- Attend job fairs and networking events to increase company visibility in recruiting efforts
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, FMLA, Worker's Compensation, etc.
- Track and report HR metrics
- Research state and federal regulations as it relates to company policy, employee relation issues, etc.
What will make you successful:
- 0-5 years experience as a HR Generalist, Specialist, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
- Experience in full lifecycle technical recruiting experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PHR certification preferred
- Experience using ADP preferred
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
