What you'll be doing:
Glanmore Foods supply Award Winning healthy food to over 300 school’s or 38,000 daily! All produced and manufactured in our state of the art, custom built, food manufacturing plant.
We are looking for a hands on, full time (40 hours), permanent Senior HR Generalist to join our team in the Dublin 15 area!
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will support the onsite team you will also have the guidance and support of a Central HR Team and HR Shared Service Team - an ideal role for a Senior HR Generalist wanting to advance their career having ownership and scope to manage their own unit.
As an onsite Senior HR Generalist , you will be required to support the operational needs of the business alongside being responsible for embedding the Compass culture, policies and procedures while driving excellence in all areas including HR compliance, recruitment, reward, payroll, employee relations, performance management and employee engagement.
This role will also be hands on with being the main point of contact for general/day-to-day HR queries from managers and employees .

Responsibilities for the successful candidate:
Review and update all local HR practices and policies onsite and drive compliance in all area’s
Manage the recruitment campaigns and activity onsite alongside Senior Hiring Managers which may include screening CV’s and supporting with interviews and extending offers
Create and maintain employee personnel files, updating records such as training files, payroll, and relevant information to ensure compliance.
Facilitate induction and onboarding programmes that integrate new hires effectively onsite, utilising the programmes available from our Central L&D team
Manage the use of temporary labour onsite and the agency contracts
Overseeing the time management system and holiday accruals for all employees, supporting the payroll processing, and ensuring timesheets are generated accurately
Assist with administrative duties for investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings, ensuring completion and retention of all required paperwork.
Supporting front line employees with seasonal lay off documentation
Contribute to the ongoing development of key initiatives, such as well-being programs, inclusion and diversity, performance management, and internal communications.
To work collaboratively with the onsite Senior Management Team, Ireland HR Team and our central HR Support Service ensuring strong relationships are formed
Who you are:
What a successful candidate looks like:
3-5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role, fast paced environment.
Degree in Business or HR related field
Solid understanding of Irish employment law and practices gained through practical experience in the HR field.
Ability to effectively prioritise multiple competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions and advice.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior management.
Experience in employee relations and process management
Experience of working with a client group based in multiple locations
