HR Advisor
Are you an all-round HR generalist hoping to broaden your knowledge in a global company? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team based in London to support our HR Manager with high-quality administrative and advisory support to our Citywire employees.
Citywire is a provider of independent data and content for the asset management and corporate industries. Our proprietary data and analytics help to power our solutions across content (publishing), conferences, licensing, and third-party content production. We employ around 300 talented employees and have a global reach, with offices in London, Brighton, Paris, Munich, Milan, New York and Singapore. Our London office, where you will be based, is our global headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the HR Manager and Talent & Inclusion Manager.
- Provide professional and consistent generalist HR advice to all stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact and manage staff relationships by responding to any queries and managing employee expectations.
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
- Supporting the HR manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary.
- Coach and support managers and their teams in the application of HR Policy and Practise.
- Monitoring key HR metrics, such as turnover and retention rates.
- Build trusted relationship with leadership team to provide support where needed
Job specific skills / technical skills / requirements
- Relevant HR experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, regardless of seniority.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Sensitivity in handling confidential information.
