37 hours per week (Hybrid Working)
We are looking for an exceptional HR professional with strong generalist experience to lead our small and friendly team which delivers HR support to over 450 employees.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to take an active role in the development and implementation of strategies which support organisational change.
We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of employment law, with proven employee relations experience, who consistently provides proactive and professional advice on all people related matters.
In this fast-paced role, you must have great people skills and be able to support and coach managers at all levels. You will have excellent IT skills to ensure the team maximise the use of technology to enhance service provision.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
