Job description
Provide support to the Operational Control Room ensuring all works permit compliance is prioritised across all depots and work streams along with stat packs and prints are collated and distributed in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- Previously worked in administration in a highways related field
- Prioritised workloads in a busy team to achieve targets
- Excelled in providing outstanding customer service to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Worked within a highways team or related field
- Identified opportunities to innovate and improve the service offer of the team
- Dealing with high priority situations over the telephone to get a quick resolution
Working hours
- Hours of work – 08:30 to 16:30
- Rate of pay: £9.90 Basic
- Days of work – Monday to Friday
- Length of assignment – Approx 12 weeks (reviewed)
