Inchcape Chelmsford is looking for a Weekend Receptionist.

Your role

As a Receptionist, you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all who enter the Retail Centre. You will also build rapport with our customers, and establish their needs quickly in order to create a bespoke service for them. Our Receptionists are our Brand Ambassadors, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do.

14.5 hours. - Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
£9.90 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet & Greet Customers & Visitors and provide suitable refreshments
• Answer and manage the telephone system
• Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in a timely manner
• Some invoicing & filing may be required
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom - customers & housekeeping

Your profile

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT literacy
• Incredible customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• A friendly and approachable manner
