We are currently looking for a HR Graduate to join our amazing and creative People & Culture team!

This is a full-time position with hours between Monday – Friday based in our Central Office in Belgravia.

What are the key responsibilities of HR Graduate?
- You will be the face of our Central Office, welcoming all employees and visitors to the building
- To administer details for all new starters including contracts and offer letters in a timely manner
- Liaise with Finance and other departments to ensure payroll is run smoothly on a monthly basis
- Opportunity to get involved in recruitment for our properties in the UK, visiting schools and universities and promoting careers in hospitality
- Administer monthly tasks such as invoices, running reports, oversee long service awards and our recommend a friend scheme
- Compile our company newsletter
- To assist with the organisation and planning of our employees' social events
- To control and maintain stock levels of departmental stationery
- Be responsible for sending and chasing employee references
- Supporting the wider People & Culture team
