Job description

We are seeking a HR Generalist whom has at least 2 years experience within this role, to join our head office team in Manchester.

What the role involves:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Create and execute training and development.
• Administer performance management process including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters and develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, benefits documentation, payroll information.
• Manage users, schedule trainings and, track training completions on learning management system.
• Assist in planning, supporting, and executing employee programs and engagement initiatives across the company.
• Prepare and maintain compliant employee files and compliance notices.
• Assist in building an in house HR software
• Assist with other duties as and when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00 per year
