Job description

Ink are hiring! The ideal candidate is to provide administrative support across the business with particular emphasis on HR based in our North West London Office.

HR/Finance Administrator: -

· Forming and maintaining employee records

· Onboarding/Offboarding employees into HR software

· Assisting with payroll by providing relevant employee information

· HR mailbox administration

· Regular reporting

· Staff expense/credit card reconciliation

· Ad hoc duties

Communicates with:

Executive Management, Finance & Administration, All Ink Staff globally as required

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
