mycashline is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Customer Engagement Specialist.
The role is heavily phone based, and you would be dealing with customers at various parts of their journey with us.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication and will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. This position is based out of our London office.
Essential Functions:
·Provide customer service by responding to customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner
·Work closely with sales, marketing and collections to promote sales and increase customer satisfaction
·Maintain and grow existing accounts
·Perform other duties as assigned by management
Desired Experience:
·Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to effectively interact with others
·Self-motivated, able to work independently with little supervision, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
·Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong time management skills
·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate with other team members in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £17,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
