Business Analyst, Colchester - Competitive Salary + Benefits

We are expanding our finance team and looking for an experienced Business Analyst to conduct value added internal and external analysis and provide meaningful data and proposals to support the business.
The role:
Analyse monthly trading results and identifying key areas of focus to improve future performance
Production of the annual budget and assess trading performance to budget
Improving internal modelling database to provide additional KPI’s to the business
Costing of future business proposals and scenario analysis
Produce reports for inclusion in weekly review meetings and monthly management committee meeting
Completion of business tenders with external health organisations
Lead the fee uplift process including negotiation of fee rates with local authorities
Build strong relationships with key operational and functional contacts to facilitate high quality analysis
Evaluation of new investments and return on investment analysis
Qualifications/experiences
ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred but not essential
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office essential, particularly Excel and advanced formulae and pivot tables
Understanding and experience of IBM TM1 Cognos beneficial, but not essential
