Site Engineering Opportunity – Essex – £55,000 + Package + Bonus – Top Construction Company
I am currently representing a top Main Contractor who are seeking to a recruit a Site Engineer to be based on project in Essex. They are currently one of the United Kingdom’s fastest growing Construction Companies in the United Kingdom, turning over more than £400 million. They specialise in general contracting projects, mainly within the Industrial and Commercial New Build sector.
The Position
We are looking for a Site Engineer to report directly into a Senior Engineer. You will be involved with setting out, Groundwork’s activities, Slab works, Piling/sheet piling activities, Underground drainage and services, temporary works, structural works (Steel Frame).
The Project - £40 million
This £40 million project consists of a 394,000 Sq. ft. warehouse including 25,000 sq ft of commercial office space, including lifts and various Pod Offices. Internal 2-hour fire wall compartmentation within the warehouse with the internal floor slab. The Project will also include a VMU building, gatehouses, large car parking areas, together with yards to both sides of the Warehouse.
