As part of the HR Digital team within Global People Services, the HR Digital Analyst will deliver a role that is pivotal in the efficient and effective operation of the wider team. Ensuring our HR Digital systems operate as designed and meet both business requirements and a good employee experience.
Your responsibilities:

Execute HR Digital system administration within for example, the HR Portal and process enablement tools

HR Case Management system administration, reporting, and individual case escalation facilitation

HR Change Management process facilitation and administration
-
Controlling HR Knowledge Management, ensuring content is owned, relevant, and reviewed in line with governance expectations

Line manage and develop direct reports to ensure contribution is maximised
-
Plan and facilitate HR Digital Knowledge sessions

Facilitate the generation of HR Digital monthly reporting
-
Provide support to HR Digital Process Specialists during annual cycle activities

Facilitate translation requirements across documentation and HR systems
Requirements for the role:
-
Experience of HR system administration (Workday)
-
Experience with HR Case Management systems (ideally BMC Business Workflows)
-
Experience with Change Management practices and processes
-
HR Process knowledge and experience
-
Experience developing and maintaining monthly reporting
-
Experience of Knowledge Management and associated processes
-
Experience of SharePoint, Jira
