About the role: To be a key member of the HR team, responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support within the HR Team. Managing current systems and processes that support the delivery of both HR /Culture and Development initiatives and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and action the HR Email inbox
- Processing recruitment and onboarding administration
- Issuing internal adverts and people communications
- Keep Team Hub up to date and current
- Administer long service awards.
- Process references (responding and requesting) and exit interviews
- Process and file contract amendment and change letters.
- Role model the company values and behaviours at all times
- Be custodian of administration i.e. Dayforce, E-Learning uploads and management, course certificates, Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create stimulating and visually appealing content on the Team Hub and keep it up to date
- Make sure all team members have access to, and complete, all mandatory training within time limits, reporting weekly on completion rates
- Manage stock of learning materials in a cost-effective manner – keep records of materials, recommend and effect re-orders, keep stores tidy and introduce systems
- Provide administrative support for apprenticeship scheme
- Promote the Cove culture by generating excellent working relationships with team members, encouraging cultural promotion and training events
- Be a secondary support for the C and D Assistant to take bookings for training courses, conferences and team parties and arrange table plans, meals, accommodation
Skills/Knowledge & Experience:
- Excellent IT skills and systems knowledge
- Well organised, detailed orientated and able to prioritise
- Previous administrative and multi system experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Able to manipulate data and produce update reports
- Strong team working skills and able to proactively work on their own.
