Start date: ASAPSalary: £33,480 per annum (inclusive of £3,990 London weighting)
Working hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (between home and our London Head Office)
Contract: Fixed-term (initially for a period of 2 months but with the possibility of extension)
We are currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis.
Women in Prison has grown over recent years and so too have the demands on our HR team. With the organisation currently going through a period of change as it develops its’ values, vision and mission, we are also moving toward creating our first people strategy to drive forward positive culture change and enhance equity, diversity and inclusion.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things people, to help maintain our day-to-day HR operations and support with projects to improve both the HR function and the organisation.
While the complex nature of our work can be challenging, there is rarely a dull moment – and our HR team are a core foundation to enabling Women in Prison’s work towards ending women’s imprisonment, and making a difference in the lives of the women we work alongside.
