More about your role
For this position, you will be our customers' first point of contact and will help to deal with any queries or complaints by resolving them independently or by escalating issues to the appropriate team.
You will deliver a high level of customer service, where you will be required to manage multiple inboxes within the customer service team, including enquiries, data controller inbox and support tickets.

The successful applicant will have experience of working within a customer service focussed position. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with external and internal customers/staff. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate at interview your excellent customer service skills and experience.
