Job description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading educational group in a key HR role? The Bedford College Group is experiencing tremendous growth, most recently showcased by our merger with Central Bedfordshire College. As a result, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic Human Resources department in the newly created role of HR Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- To work effectively as a part of the Human Resources team to provide a responsive and professional HR service, with a particular emphasis on HR administration, to the business, through the day-to-day delivery of standardised processes.
- Supporting the HR team with all aspects of administration support and maintenance of the HR computer systems ensuring accuracy at all times
Requirements:
Relevant Level 3 Business or Human Resources qualification.- Experience of working within an administrative office environment
- Experience of dealing with multiple queries/people
- Experience of working with computerised systems

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services
22.2 hours per week (0.6 FTE) / 52 weeks per year- 27 days per annum (plus public holidays), pro rata for part-time
