HR Coordinator/ Administrator

About the job
We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to supercharge our efficiency and effectiveness at the Fresh Farm (our London office). You’ll be part of the People team that makes HelloFresh such a great place to work. Reporting to our HR Lead, you’ll provide generalist administrative support on all people related matters. You don’t need a bunch of HR experience, but should have a high attention to detail, eagerness to learn and a passion for employee experience.
What you will be doing:
Your responsibilities will range from onboarding and offboarding, benefits admin, and generalist HR. Here's a taste of some of the tasks you'll be covering on the reg...
- Responsible for running onboarding at the Fresh Farm from new starter's first day of employment with us. You'll be the first point of contact for new joiners, welcoming them and getting them excited to work for us!
- Be a brand ambassador, hosting our Onboarding Workshop on a monthly/bi-monthly basis
- Oversee the offboarding process from resignation stage
- Administrate employee benefit applications (cycle to work, private medical insurance, employee discount codes) for all UK sites (London + our distribution centres in Banbury, Nuneaton and Derby)
- Ensure that new joiners and leavers are added/removed from the various platforms
- Own or assist HR Lead on ad-hoc projects
- Ensure that new joiners and leavers are added/removed from the performance management platform
- Work on continuous process improvements and process mapping
Who you are:
- Previous experience in an administrative role or experience working with HR systems is highly beneficial
- Very high attention to detail, you take pride in your work
- You love following/creating standardised processes and continuously look for ways to improve them
- You act as a strong role model and brand ambassador who is passionate about our DNA values
- Able to deliver at pace and demonstrate excellent prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills and can empathise with our people
- Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
- Reliable and discreet with handling confidential information
- Degree in Human Resources management would be beneficial, but by no means required!
