UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator has arisen in our central UK poultry team. This role will report directly to the Senior HR Business Partner and be responsible for supporting the central HR team as well as the sites when required.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to provide you exposure across the whole HR spectrum. You’ll get great experience and support from your manager who is keen to support the right person progress in the business. If there is a particular area of HR you’re wanting to explore more of then the manager is happy to help with your growth.

As the HR Co-ordinator you will support across the whole employee lifecycle of central colleagues and provide guidance to both employees and managers in line with HR policies and procedures. You will ensure all HR records are kept up to date and produce reports for the site/divisional teams. A key element of the role is focused on employee engagement including taking responsibility for HR initiatives and regularly communicating with colleagues via the employee app. There will also be an element of ad-hoc HR project work in line with business need.

This position is perfect for a someone who is looking to get into HR or to further their HR career, support with training can be provided where required. This can include CIPD support.
