RACI Group are proud to present an opportunity for a experienced HR Professional versed in employment law to join a growing outsourced HR Consultancy based in East Lancashire.
You will primarily be responsible for supporting businesses using your skilled judgement to deliver constructive outcomes. This will include providing telephone and email advice on matters ranging from general HR advice, reviewing current risks to investigating concerns and managing specific projects.
Responsibilities to include (not limited to):
- Being the first point of contact for clients either via telephone or email providing advice on people matters
- Reviewing risks and liabilities, to leading on HR / employment law matters that lead to a positive outcome
- Performing investigations from inception to completion including interviews, examining documents and providing appropriate guidance
- Producing written reports compliant with current employment legislation and best HR practice
- Undertaking some business development support to build professional relationships and enable continued growth of the organisation
As a HR professional you have demonstrable experience in advising clients using varying channels of communication.
- You will be of graduate calibre with a CIPD qualification (level 5) or equivalent
- You will be confident providing responsive advice on a full range of employment law and a employment relations queries
- You will have hands on experience of complex work base investigations and advised on discreet HR issues
- Have exceptional written communication skills
