An opportunity has become available within our HR department for a permanent and full-time HR Co-ordinator. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual looking for a career in HR, offering amazing learning and development opportunities for an enthusiast individual looking to develop themselves both professionally and personally.
The successful candidate will support the wider HR team by co-ordinating and undertaking the administrative needs of the department. They will be responsive to the needs of the business and ensure all HR services and ways of working are compliant and meet advised standards within the College. The HR Co-ordinator will undertake all aspects in accordance with procedures covering the whole employer life cycle to include but not limited too; processing of joiners, leavers, amendments to contracts, maternity, absence, benefits and areas of compliance.
You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and be professional at all times. This role will require you to liaise both with internal and external stakeholders, third parties and HR suppliers, by telephone, email and in person.
You will be a collaborative team player who is motivated and willing to learn and also adaptable and flexible. Knowledge of HR related policies and procedures would be advantageous. Experience of managing processes, monitoring data and dealing with queries is essential.
There will be a requirement to be flexible and travel to our different campuses so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must.
