
HR Change Specialist (Accounting, Pay, Redundancy) Bradford, Yorkshire and the Humber

Avaliable Job Today We’re looking for two Change Specialists to join us in Bradford. This offers hybrid working; 2 days a week in the office and 3 remote. These are 2 year FTC’s with potential to become permanent.
Reporting to the HR Change Team Leader, this role is responsible for delivering efficient and accurate Data Compliance activities associated with the Change process through the application of policies and procedures within agreed performance levels and to comply with all statutory requirements.
What will you be doing?
- Ensure the accuracy of employee exit costs
- Ensure accuracy of exit costs via robust reconciliations and analysis of Gross to Net reporting
- Ad hoc reconciliation
- Reconcile monthly invoices and raise PO's
- Data checks to mitigate risks within the team to ensure we remain compliant
- Mitigate risk of compliance penalties and fines by ensuring robust accounting processes and controls are carried out across the Change function.
- Support external and internal audit activities. Prepare, review, evaluate and assess the accuracy of payroll and tax documentation compiled for audit review.
- Perform detailed checks on all Payroll impacting work before submission
- Managing and checking high volumes of exit costs & financial sign of figures
- Creating mass spreadsheets/ reports data insights
We tend to look for people with:
- Experience of managing complex, high volume pay processes in an efficient and effective manner
- Sound understanding of mathematical principles
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- An understanding of the HR employee lifecycle desirable
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, Macros & dashboards)
- Data driven and a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to handle and manipulate high volumes of data
- Experience of delivering customer service targets within a complex environment
- Knowledge of using various reporting tools
