  • Basic salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)

We are working with a small but rapidly growing organisation, that has the backing of a FTSE 100 parent company – the HR Business Partner role requires an experienced professional who has a generalist background across a broad spectrum of HR, and a proven track record in working collaboratively across a global organisation, as a key business enabler. You will play an important role enhancing our clients value proposition, working with the existing HR and business teams to continue to drive cultural change, creating working environments where employees feel valued, engaged and have the opportunity for personal growth. A number of strategic HR projects will feed into this, spanning the end-to-end employee lifecycle and the HRBP will take a lead in formulating and embedding these across the business globally.

What you'll be doing

  • Working in conjunction with the Head of HR and team to formulate plans that underpin the People strategy, with an ambition of making them a great place to work.
  • These include reward and recognition, engagement, learning and development.
  • Working closely with internal communications to increase employee engagement and reach across functions and geographical locations, globally.
  • Devising plans to transform ways of working, investing in technological developments which enable more of a self-service model across the management and employee populations.
  • Horizon scan to identify areas of opportunity for the brand to be promoted and recognised, when it comes to our investment in our People.
  • Continuously assess the suitability of the organisational design, looking at how we create a structure which can be scaled up to deal with business growth globally.

What you'll need to apply

  • Minimum Degree educated (or equivalent) and CIPD qualified
  • Experience / understanding of working in a global organisation, ideally with experience of a US presence
  • Ability to forge positive relationships across all levels of the business
  • Committed to working harmoniously within a small HR team
  • A willingness to ‘roll sleeves up’ and work on transactional HR activities in addition to the larger more strategic projects
