The Opportunity The Edinburgh College of Art (ECA) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Finance Administrator to join the ECA Office team. This is a full-time, open-ended . The successful candidate will provide support and guidance on a broad range of financial procedures to academic managers, staff and students, with an emphasis on financial support for ECA professional services. The post holder will ensure correct processes and procedures are followed and potential improvements highlighted to line management and maintain accurate financial records as well as ensure correct allocation of income/expenditure. Your Skills and Attributes for success: Good standard of education (Vocational qualifications, N/SVQ 3, ONC or equivalent) plus typically relevant experience, or standard grades or equivalent plus significant relevant work experience Experience of working with financial procedures and systems in a large, complex organisation is required. Demonstrably high standards of customer care and the ability to co-operate and contribute as part of a team. Good written and oral communication skills are as important as good numeracy skills and an eye for detail.
