The Role
Key Accountabilities
- Operate as a valued business partner for all allocated divisions providing effective support, solutions and coaching to the relevant leadership teams.
- Provide specialist input across a range of HR issues (generalist/specific expertise) to design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver strategic and operational solutions to support business plans.
- Use broad project management experience to manage the people implications of creating and building a new company. Agree with project sponsors and senior stakeholders the objectives, benefits and appropriate delivery approach to manage the people impact.
- Coach and develop the relevant senior leadership teams to anticipate and pre-empt people organisational issues.
- Ability to analyse and think through complex challenges, deliver appropriate solutions and understand the strategic HR agenda. Continually look for and implement best practice/changes that add value.
- Work in partnership with the business and broader HR team to ensure the delivery of various projects in line with the overall HR business plan.
- Lead on core HR processes with allocated business areas e.g., performance and salary reviews, talent processes etc.
- Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly.
- Execute additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience within commercial HR business partnering role
- Ability to develop strong and effective working relationships
- Experience of leading on restructuring activities (consultation, redundancy).
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, core processes and employment law
- Track record in delivering value adding HR advice and solutions
- Knowledge and exposure to IR35 regulations would be an advantage
