Your role in our mission
We're looking for an enthusiastic Specialised Collections Associate with a passion for amazing customer service to join our Customer Operations Team.
What you'll do
- Collaborating on debt collection strategies with other departments and external partners.
- Prevent early day delinquency by contacting customers using various contact channels
- Assist senior colleagues, team leaders and the team manager, along with external partners, with detailed collections reporting.
- Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner, referring to the relevant department where applicable.
- Communicating with our customers on the telephone and email, based on our customer's needs.
- Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises.
- Adhering to a company's policies and procedures when interacting with customers.
- Staying up to date regarding a company's products, services and policies by attending training sessions.
- Maintaining accurate customer records in a company's customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reports.
- Assisting with back office tasks to support our customers and the execution of the collections strategy as required

The Details
We offer a hybrid working pattern, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:45pm
