The Role: HR Business Partner


Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity? PIB Group is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to take charge of critical areas within our organisation, including London Markets and Group Services. As we continue to grow and pursue operational excellence, your role will play a vital part in our HR Team, reporting directly to our People Director/Chief People Officer.


As a HR Business Partner, you will provide invaluable support to a diverse client base, ensuring seamless HR business partnering across various functions. Based in London, you will be a key driver in shaping HR direction for specific business areas, aligning the People Strategy with Group policies and procedures. Collaborating closely with the management team, you'll provide expert employee consultancy and work towards achieving successful business outcomes through effective collaboration.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate as a valued member of the HR management teams in Citynet, Guest Krieger, Cobra Network, and Group Services to drive superior business performance.
  • Lead the people aspects of organisational design and change initiatives, making a lasting impact on the organisation's growth.
  • Flex your expertise across different organisational structures and multiple locations.
  • Take charge of talent management and succession planning for business teams, ensuring a robust and thriving workforce.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business leads and the wider HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
  • Drive the employee engagement strategy, executing activities and achieving positive outcomes that boost employee satisfaction.
  • Offer expert advice, guidance, and effective resolution for employee relations cases, steering them towards favourable outcomes.
  • Champion performance improvement efforts, proactively promoting positive changes to people management policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Group Head of L&D to identify skills gaps and develop effective solutions for employee development.


Experience:


  • Hold a CIPD level 7 qualification, demonstrating your dedication to HR excellence.
  • Possess relevant work experience in a HR role, showcasing your expertise in the field.
  • Proven track record of successfully influencing senior business leaders, earning their trust and cooperation.
  • Experience working in complex business structures, allowing you to navigate challenges with ease.
  • Strong business partnering experience across Europe, bringing cultural awareness and global perspective.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Confident and adept at collaborating closely with senior business leaders, adding value to strategic decision-making.
  • Tenacious and thrive under pressure, delivering exceptional results even in challenging situations.
  • Results-oriented with a laser focus on achieving objectives.
  • Highly resilient and pragmatic, adapting to changing circumstances with a positive mindset.
