Job description
Our client is one of the UK’s leading data management provider and the team is expanding and looking for a Senior Business Analyst to come on board. The Senior Business Analyst support will the business in developing and improving Service based business processes defined in line with business needs and ITIL principles.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be required to analyse and understand both the business environment as well as specific service requirements in order to develop and implement the future state business processes.
Essential Experience required for the Senior Business Analyst:
- 5 years’ experience within a Business Analyst position
- Ability to identify and understand business drivers, capture additional requirements and identify potential issues & risks
- Strong experience with ITIL / ITSM
- Experience in developing & documenting procedures
- Experience in supporting cross functional workshops
- Strong problem-solving and triage skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
- Pragmatic hands-on approach to getting the job done
- Quick learner with an understanding of the capability
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £58,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
