Job description
We are looking for Choc Stars to make up our new team in Harrogate. So if you have great people skills, a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy and fun environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Some hospitality/barista experience would be useful, but not essential. Your personality and attitude are more important to us.
We are open 7 days a week and so some flexibility to work into weekends is important.
The role will involve:
Greeting our guests, preparing all menu items to a high standard including hot chocolates and coffees, milkshakes, waffles and ice creams. Becoming knowledgeable about and able to serve our chocolate and confectionery selections. Processing payments, handling cash, cashing up at the end of the day. Merchandising, product display and stock rotation. Maintaining extremely high levels of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene at all times, both behind the counter and front of house. You may also have the responsibility of opening and/or closing the store on any given day.

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
Salary: Up to £10.00 per hour
