With their continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their dynamic team. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture, developing talent, and implementing HR strategies to support our company's mission and vision

Job Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, providing expert HR advice and guidance.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, driving employee engagement and performance.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent in the industry.
  • Partner with the management team to identify learning and development needs, and design training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee performance management processes and work with managers to address performance issues and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Handle employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure HR compliance, including employment law, health and safety regulations, and data protection.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive HR decisions.
