HR Business Partner (Orthodontic)
Salary: up to £50k + Car Allowance
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Orthodontic division here at {my}dentist. This consists of 36 practices across England, we can offer fully remote working, however you will be required to travel to sites when required as part of the role.
- Managing your own specialist division within the business
- Directly contributing to the business successes
- Driving variety of projects such as succession planning and improved attraction.
- You will have experience within a regional/divisional role in a fast-paced multisite organisation

As a HR Business Partner, your role will include:
- Driving the people agenda, supporting the delivery of the business plan and brokering solutions from the HR function
- Facilitating the maintenance of management talent and succession plans
- Building capability and enabling improved performance, great leadership behaviours and coaching interventions
- Supporting the region with any employee relations issues and cases
- Implementing and driving the HR plan
- Supporting the implementation of the annual engagement survey
- You will work closely with the regional management team to build capability and enable improved performance,
