HR Business Partner (Orthodontic)

Salary: up to £50k + Car Allowance

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Orthodontic division here at {my}dentist. This consists of 36 practices across England, we can offer fully remote working, however you will be required to travel to sites when required as part of the role.

• Managing your own specialist division within the business
• Directly contributing to the business successes
• Driving variety of projects such as succession planning and improved attraction.
• You will have experience within a regional/divisional role in a fast-paced multisite organisation

As a HR Business Partner, your role will include:

• Driving the people agenda, supporting the delivery of the business plan and brokering solutions from the HR function
• Facilitating the maintenance of management talent and succession plans
• Building capability and enabling improved performance, great leadership behaviours and coaching interventions
• Supporting the region with any employee relations issues and cases
• Implementing and driving the HR plan
• Supporting the implementation of the annual engagement survey
• You will work closely with the regional management team to build capability and enable improved performance,
