Meraki Talent's Global Financial Services client has a requirement for an Insight Analyst to join their team in Glasgow.
The Analyst will play a crucial role within a team responsible for actively analysing crucial business factors, devising strategies, and establishing comprehensive objectives to optimize performance and enhance productivity.
Key responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:
- Evaluating and maintaining portfolio to main accuracy of analytical models.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends
- Support Operations Manager
- Oversee and regulate the Speech content to prevent any instances of duplication or inaccurate entries.
- Data analytics experience
- Willingness to learn and welcome new challenges
- Previous call centre working experience
- Experience of working with speech analytics
