Meraki Talent's Global Financial Services client has a requirement for an Insight Analyst to join their team in Glasgow.

The Analyst will play a crucial role within a team responsible for actively analysing crucial business factors, devising strategies, and establishing comprehensive objectives to optimize performance and enhance productivity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Evaluating and maintaining portfolio to main accuracy of analytical models.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends
  • Support Operations Manager
  • Oversee and regulate the Speech content to prevent any instances of duplication or inaccurate entries.
Skills and experience
  • Data analytics experience
  • Willingness to learn and welcome new challenges
  • Previous call centre working experience
  • Experience of working with speech analytics
