Job description
Jensten Group are continuing to grow and to support this growth and our people orientated performance culture we are looking for an HR Business Partner to be the driving force or key HR initiatives across our retail broking insurance division.
Partnering with the business and its leaders, this role will develop and deliver a people plan that supports the delivery of business goals. This role will coach leaders to motivate and lead their teams and provide expertise on organisational development, driving a high-performance culture and identifying opportunities for people to learn and grow as we grow.
This role will also lead on M&A for the retail division and support the successful integration of acquired businesses as we continue to acquire and grow high quality regional brokers.
We are seeking an HR professional with outstanding stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for commercial opportunity to support the achievement of business goals aligned to Group HR strategy.
Main Accountabilities:
- Build effective relationships with the senior management team, gain an in-depth understanding of the business and sector to effectively lead on HR initiatives.
- Develop plans for organisational development including restructuring and the implementation and harmonisation of acquired businesses.
- Analyse HR metrics and compare results to key performance indicators e.g. monthly absence, turnover and employee relations case data to shape HR initiatives.
- Drive a high-performance culture by coaching leaders on performance management and ensuring employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their objectives.
- Agree an engagement plan with the business that helps drive retention and improves key performance indicators.
- Be the subject matter expert in organisational change, employee relations, grievance and disciplinary matters, absence management, retention and performance management to effectively manage risk to the business.
- Identify skills gaps and development needs in the business and deliver business focused solutions to develop capability.
