Job Title: Assistant Director – HR

Salary on Probation: 4,000 GBP Per Month
ISMMART Pharmaceuticals Industries, a forward-thinking and innovative startup in the pharmaceutical industry, is in the process of establishing a groundbreaking pharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming healthcare. We are currently seeking an exceptional and dynamic professional to join our team as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of human resources strategies and initiatives within our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute human resources strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
· Provide guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
· Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top-tier talent.
· Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
· Implement talent management initiatives, including career development, succession planning, and performance management programs.
· Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing programs that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
· Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
· Provide guidance and support to employees and managers in areas such as conflict resolution and performance improvement.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
· Stay up to date with changes in employment legislation and ensure the company's HR practices remain compliant. Maintain accurate employee records and data privacy in accordance with legal requirements.
· Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs. Design and deliver learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
· Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
· Compile and analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
· Generate reports on key HR indicators, including employee turnover, headcount, and recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
· Proven track record of at least 4 years in human resources roles, with progressive experience in a leadership position.
· Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
· Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage and inspire an HR team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
· Familiarity with talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development strategies.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data and insights.
· Ability to navigate complex HR issues and provide effective solutions.
· Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
· Resilience and ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
· Familiarity with HR regulations and guidelines, including employment laws, data privacy regulations, and diversity and inclusion practices.
