As an HR Business Partner reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in elevating HR operations to new heights and forging strong connections with key stakeholders. Your expertise will be sought after as you provide insightful guidance on a wide range of HR topics, from talent acquisition and performance management to policy implementation, reward programs, succession and workforce planning and employee engagement.
You'll take the lead in driving the people plan forward, making sure that each element is flawlessly executed and deeply ingrained within the business. By embodying the company's values and serving as a shining example of leadership, you'll inspire others to do the same.
Day-to-day can be varied but as an HR Business Partner, you will typically:
· Develop strong relationships to influence the business area management and teams around the people agenda and issues
· Advise, guide, coach and support managers providing high level people management and development support across all disciplines
· Communicate effectively and lead the teams within the business area through change and implementation of new initiatives
· Manage talent and succession planning within area, highlighting risks and creating action plans to support the wider talent and succession planning process.
· Pro-actively manage the recruitment and selection process ensuring we are recruiting the right talent in line with our values and behaviours and are supporting diversity
· Provide high-quality monthly management information for board reporting
· Analyse data looking for trends and insights and produce recommendations to the business for improvements or focus areas
· Take ownership to ensure business area drives the appropriate actions from employee feedback around employee engagement, CSR, IIP and wellbeing
· Be the custodian of the respective area Employee Voice Forum ensuring it is effective and driving the right focus
· In conjunction with the People team, ensure all company policies and procedures are kept up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure all changes to policy are communicated and trained out as appropriate and accurate records are maintained
To be our HR Business Partner you will need to be:

· flexible to manage demands of the different countries and business areas
· an experienced HR BP with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in role
We’re looking for someone who has integrity, works collaboratively and is a respectful team player. Knowledge of international employment law would be desirable but not essential. This role has a fantastic career pathway, with the opportunity to gain people management experience.
