Join our team as an HR Business Partner and play a critical role in providing strategic and hands-on HR leadership and support. As a trusted consultant and advisor to our Site Leadership Teams, you will contribute to the effective management of our workforce by overseeing employee relations, engagement, regulatory compliance, recruitment, performance management, HR program administration, organizational design, change leadership, and talent management.
Your expertise and passion for both strategic and tactical HR will make a significant impact at our Chromalloy Phoenix location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with site leaders and teams, building strategic partnerships and fostering continued team-building efforts.
- Utilize your understanding of customer needs and business strategy to recommend innovative approaches that drive continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and HR development.
- Provide counsel, coaching, and mentoring to senior management, particularly in the areas of talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations/communications.
- Partner with managers to provide strategic direction on organizational structure and develop approaches to leverage staffing and talent needs effectively.
- Implement Chromalloy's talent, development, performance management, and engagement programs to enhance employee performance.
- Manage and oversee recruiting efforts to attract top-tier candidates, assess needs, guide related processes, provide guidance on competitive offers, prepare necessary documents, and facilitate a seamless offer-to-onboarding cycle.
- Review and analyze data to support the development of HRIS and deliver quality HR management information.
- Drive employee engagement through close collaboration with staff and leadership, leading focus groups, and conducting action planning as necessary to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to labor and employment, consulting with managers and staff on employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and making recommendations in response to concerns.
- Deploy HR processes, policies, and procedures to support, counsel, and educate managers and employees on HR matters.
- Provide day-to-day operational HR support, contributing to all HR activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, regulations, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Ability to provide strategic guidance and influence senior management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- HR experience within the manufacturing or aerospace industry is a plus.
